The results of the UK’s National Student Survey 2021 are in, offering insight into how Covid-19 has affected the university study experience.

About 330,000 students from hundreds of universities, colleges and other providers across the UK completed the 2021 National Student Survey. This is up from the 310,000 students who answered the survey in 2020.

Survey questions covered all areas of academic life, including the quality of teaching, feedback on work, and learning resources.

The universities in the Times Higher Education “Golden Age” ranking were established between 1945 and 1967. The ranking takes its name from what was a Golden Age in global higher education, characterised by rapid university expansion and increasing investment in research.

Times Higher Education has produced a student-focused ranking to determine the best universities for teaching across Europe. 

Instead of placing a focus on research output and quality, as many international university rankings do, the 2019 Europe Teaching Rankings determines the best universities for teaching quality and learning opportunities for students.

Times Higher Education has once again released the Asia-Pacific University Ranking to reflect the region’s growing strength in the higher education sector.

THE’s Asia-Pacific University Ranking 2019 analysed universities across East Asia, South-east Asia and Oceania. The overall ranking features more than 300 universities from 13 different nations.
