The top 50 universities by reputation

The University of Toronto takes 24th place in the Times Higher Education World Reputation Rankings 2017. It was the highest-ranked Canadian university and one of three institutions in the country to feature in the top 100.

In the videos below, produced by the University of Toronto, two international students from India explain why they chose to study at the university and how the institution’s good reputation influenced their decision.

Daksh Sikri is a fourth-year industrial engineering student. He is originally from Mumbai and moved to Toronto to continue his education. One of his reasons for choosing the University of Toronto was because it provided a “holistic education” and offered access to some of the best professors in his field.
