Global Peace and Social Justice

Overview

The Global Peace and Social Justice program seeks to understand the reasons for confrontation and violence on all levels and, by understanding, to find ways to transform or prevent destructive conflicts. The program covers a wide range of fields including philosophy, religion, politics, anthropology, the sciences, and many others. Your major in Global Peace and Social Justice will begin in your second year, following an exploratory general first-year program called Humanities I.

Political Science

The Master's programme in Political Science at Radboud University is a one-year programme, consisting of six specialisations to choose from. In addition to the three 'core' specialisations Comparative Politics, International Relations, and Political Theory, we offer three multidisciplinary tracks. International Political Economy combines Economics with Political Science.

Philosophy, Politics and Society

PPS is a uniquely issue-oriented philosophy programme. The curriculum is organised around themes such as ecological crises, scientific progress, the future of technology, identity politics, or the global political landscape. For each theme, you will examine a combination of key historical philosophical texts, contemporary thinkers, and empirical cases. PPS explores the defining issues of the 21st century from a rich variety of theoretical perspectives, without the narrow economic focus of traditional PPE ('Philosophy, Politics, and Economics') programmes.

International Relations

Founded in Ankara with the purpose of being a university which “provides quality education, produces science and technology, conducts research and enlightens the future of our country”, Atilim University takes firm steps to attain its target and even carry it one step further.
