Master of Health Economics (MHE) focuses on education and promotion strategy to intrinsically motivate both individual and community practising healthy behaviour based on economic rationality and social norms. MHE students learn why health is a unique economic good regarding self-production and self-consumption of health quality. An Individual’s health status has a positive externality effect which is part of practising social norms.

This program offers two types, a doctoral program by course and research. Both programs can be completed within a minimum of three years.
For the program by course, a student must complete five compulsory subjects and an election subject. All subjects could be completed during his first year of study (two semesters). The student is also mandatory to submit a dissertation and a paper for publication.
