Through a mixture of modules, the course shows you how to best analyze administrative problems, craft solutions, and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders, while always considering accountability, effectiveness, and equity.
This flexible 30-hour program is designed to meet the needs of traditional students and current professionals, with class times compatible with the working day, including lunchtimes and evenings. Students generally meet twice a week for classes lasting 1 hour, 15 minutes. All classes are recorded so students can study remotely or in person.
