Naomi Howlett is a final year computer science and maths student at Loughborough University.
She has volunteered with numerous sustainable charities resulting in running the ethics and environmental network based in Loughborough Students’ Union. She helped to found The Green Pea, a environmental social enterprise educating students on the impact their decisions can make and raising awareness for local campaigns. She also helped launch the Eco-Friendly Food box, preventing 170,000 polystyrene boxes going to landfill every year from catered halls.
In collaboration with the university she also helped launch Give n Go, a student donation scheme to help students stop putting useable items in landfill, instead donating them to charities.
