Dr. Ryan Buck has been the vice president at the Texas International Education Consortium since in April 2018. Before this he was the assistant vice president for international affairs at Texas State University where he enhanced the international profile and reputation of the university. Before joining Texas State University in early 2015, he was the executive director of international student affairs at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. Ryan earned a PhD in public policy from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at The New School.
