Make a difference to someone’s life when it matters most. Our degree in Nursing (Adult Health) will prepare you to care for adults with acute/long-term illness. Upon completion you will be ready to play a vital role in health promotion and disease prevention as well as nursing adults.

Distinguish yourself apart from others with a degree from one of the first institutions to offer the new Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) standards for nursing education and you will practice your clinical and communication skills both in the clinical environment and the safe, supervised setting of our Clinical Skills Resource Centre.

For those unable to make the move to Plymouth, we offer nursing at 3 different sites. You can choose to study in Exeter, Plymouth or Truro!

Student testimonials
Placements throughout my three years were all different and each provided their own quirks and experiences that shape you as a registrant, providing me the chances to become more autonomous and manage the care of my patients effectively. Without studying at Plymouth, I honestly, wouldn't be the nurse I am right now.
